Our Duties

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We analyze your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in ideal condition.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We check your pool equipment.

We net your pool.

We verify your automatic pool cleaner function.

We vacuum your pool.

We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

Your Duties

Report to us any detection of swimming pool issues.

Maintain correct water level.

Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when required.

Notes

Monthly plan cost based on a four week billing cycle.

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
